Description: I went on a trip to Brazil with my son's soccer team in 2006. It was a tremendous experience. On one of our non-soccer outings, we spent an afternoon at a place called Ski Mountain. It was a sick combination of danger and fun. An entire mountainside was blanketed with a plastic, prickly carpet. It was laid right on the hard hillside. People strapped skis and snowboards on, jumped on the hill, and did what they could to make it down in one piece.

We've been riding that stuff for years in the UK, dendex it's called. Most dry slopes now use snowflex which is faster and softer to ride on. Or there is the 4 indoor domes (2 more being built) good times.
