Where u holding your pole forwards like a sword, or regular?
Holding the pole regular...had to make a pile of duct tape over paper (as a filler) to get the pole thick enough for the bicycle handle bar mount to hold on tight...Camera was about 2 inches above my pole basket, and if you held the pole straight out sideways, it was pointed slightly back (not straight up the pole) and rotated a bit forwards (with the lens twisted back to compensate).
