after some test with the fishing rod, i can say that it's great but that need to be very very smooth in your movements... put some weight under the camera to stabilize it and be slow... after my first test i have to stabilize my footages with a program because it's a little bit "shaky". but when you know how it is working, you can take some nice footages...
Thank you, Dje. I have been thinking how to make your mount from your first awesome video. You can see the mount in the shadow so it left alot to the imagination. I didn't even think about old fishing rod. Sorry i don't know French. Please keep the ideas coming.

Great idea for the wooden board and the mic support for the backpack boomcam! I'll try to tinker something like that, maybe with a lighter setup if I can.
