This section will explain how to download videos from your VholdR to VholdR desktop. It assumes you have followed the prior section regarding connecting your VholdR to the VholdR desktop. If you have not please review that section for instructions.

1. Once your desktop recognizes your camera as a drive (like E: or F:) then you can click on that letter and the videos will list in the center frame.

2. Select the videos you want to download by clicking, clicking and dragging, or by clicking the “select all” button.

3. Once you have the videos selected you can download them to a folder on your computer by clicking the “Download to Library” button.

4. Clicking the “Download to Library” button will pop up a folder selection menu, from here select the folder you wish to download the videos to and click “OK.”

Note: If there is no folder listed or you would like to make a new one, right click and select “Create New Folder” and then the folder anything you want.

5. The “Add Description” window will then pop up and you can add information to all of your videos at once by entering content in the boxes.

Note: If you selected multiple videos for download any information you enter here will be tagged to all of the selected videos.
