1. How do I sign up and edit my account?
You can sign up for VholdR.com through the desktop software provided with your camera or directly at VholdR.com. You will receive an email confirmation that will require you to validate your email address before you begin uploading videos. To edit your account,
sign into your username and select the “My VholdR” tab. Then select “Account” located in the left hand navigation pane to edit your profile, contacts, and settings.
2. How do I upload a video to VholdR.com?
You can upload a video directly at VholdR.com or with a single click through the software we include with your camera.

To upload directly through VholdR.com, first
Sign In, select the “Upload” button located at the top of the website, and then follow the directions to select your video and tags, map the location of the video, and select “Upload” to complete the process.
3. What is the maximum file upload size per video to VholdR.com?
The maximum file upload size to VholdR.com is 200MB for the website and 300MB through VholdR Desktop or Easy Edit Software on your personal computer. You must be registered at VholdR.com to upload any videos to the website.
4. How much storage does VholdR.com offer for registered users?
The maximum storage capacity for each username on the website is 100GB. If you want an account,

5. How do I edit my videos that have been uploaded to vholdr.com?
To edit your videos, sign into your account, select the “My VholdR” tab, and then click on “My Videos” in the left side navigation pane. You will see a list of all of your videos. Click “Edit” in the upper right corner of the video you want to edit. Note: Changes you make at VholdR.com do not alter the data in your VholdR Desktop or Easy Edit Software.
6. How do I delete a video from VholdR.com?
To delete a video, sign into your account, select the “My VholdR” tab, and then click on “My Videos” in the left side navigation pane. From here you can delete any video by clicking “Delete” in the upper right corner and confirming that you wish to delete the video.
7. Why are tags and locations important?
Tags and locations help people find your videos and make them more interesting. They also bring you together with other users based on your shared interest in favorite places.
8. Why can’t I view a video?
In order to view videos you will want to make sure that you have the most recent version of Flash Player. (
Download Adobe Flash 10 ).
9. How do I find a video?
To find a video use the search function at the top of any page. You can search all of the videos on VholdR.com by title, user, description, tags and/or location to find what you’re looking for.
10. How do I make comments or post on the forums?
To make comments or posts in the forums you need to sign into your account. Then, when you are watching any video, you can post comments in the comments section below the video player or you can go to the forums and create new topics or add comments to existing topics.
11. What video formats can I upload to VholdR.com?
See the list below for file types supported on VholdR.com. Keep in mind we have tuned the performance of our online video player, as well as our transcoding, to best suit the videos produced by a VholdR or a ContourHD camera. If you are editing your videos with a different editing program, follow the recommended export settings below to deliver you the best video quality on the website.
